Cross-stitch, stitch after stitch, you will learn the basic cross-stitch technique and the advanced one in order to put into practice the 'perfect reverse'. Teacher: Liliana Babbi Cappelletti

Polymer clay, it is a modelling material that is available in many colours and is marketed under such brand names as Fimo, Cernit, Sculpey III etc. and can be used for a remarkable range of creative artwork. Teacher: Daniela Messina
Classic Embroidery, after many years during which it was nearly a forgotten art, today embroidery is enjoying renewed success and popularity as an expression of feminine creativity. Teacher: Liliana Babbi Cappelletti
Every year, in the second half of June, we organize what we call 'Green Weeks'. During those two weeks, children from 7 to 14 years old, can spend a fantastic holiday playing sports and enjoying themselves under the constant supervision of ISEF teachers, coordinated by Prof. Franco Bagalà, ISEF teacher himself.
Young boys and girls stay in confortable rooms with three or four beds, all with bathroom. During the day they have: breakfast in the morning, lunch at noon, snacks in the afternoon and dinner in the evening, all based on genuine products from the farm.
Planned activities are the following: Swimming

- Badmington (mini-tennis)

- Traditional games (campana, ruba bandiera, salto della corda, palla avvelenata etc.)
- Draught, chess, risiko, monopoli, scrabble etc.

- Walks along the Farfa river and visits to Farfa Abbey
- Visits to other farms specialized in breeding cows, horses and pigs, or which produce milk and cheese.

Each season offers an opportunity to enjoy nature in different ways.
In November and December when the olive harvest takes place, we propose theme week-ends with arrival on friday afternoon and departure on sunday afternoon.
Cost includes: 2 nights and breakfasts, saturday dinner and sunday lunch.
The daily plan is:
- Partecipation or observation of olive harvest;
- Visit to the oil mill to see how extra-virgin olive oil is produced;
- Visit to the Olive Oil Museum at Castelnuovo di Farfa;
- Extra-virgin olive oil shopping if anybody is interested in.

Oil tasting
At the beginning of november, the olive picking starts and at our farm house where we produce olive oil D.O.P., we organize courses about the oil culture and tasting:

- Olive oil history and tradition
Courses will be run during the week end by experts that will let you discover all the peculiarity and powers of olive oil. They will show you each step of the olive oil production, from the picking to the bottling. You will learn to distinguish tastes, properties and faults of one of the most important gastronomic richness of our country.
During the week, we will be delighted to welcome groups of students.
Star lights
Surrounded by the peace of country evenings, definitely away from artificial lights, we arrange stars observation evenings run by the experts of the Frasso Sabino observatory.
